I've been selling real estate in New Hampshire since 2001. Twenty-five years! Long enough to remember fax machines in the transaction process, to have watched the Mount Washington Valley go from a sleepy ski town to one of the most sought-after markets in New England.
In 2004 I became a broker. A few years after that, I started North Conway Realty. Independent, no corporate strings, no franchise overhead. Just honest, local real estate done well. The reviews followed. Five stars on Google. Five stars on Zillow. Not because I chased them, but because I actually care how the deal goes for the person on the other side of it.
I've worked alongside a lot of agents in a lot of markets. I know what good service looks like.
So I started 207 Living. Same philosophy as North Conway Realty. Same standard. Built for buyers, sellers, and anyone trying to figure out what a move to Maine actually looks like from the inside.
That's what this blog is going to be. Not marketing content. An honest look at Maine's real estate market, the towns worth knowing, the nuances that don't show up in the listing description, and the things I notice because I pay attention for a living.
