Naples is a Cumberland County town of around 4,000 residents at the heart of the Sebago Lakes Region, with eight lakes and ponds falling within its borders including Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and a portion of Sebago Lake. The Causeway -- a narrow strip between Long Lake and Brandy Pond -- is the summer focal point, lined with marinas, restaurants, and boat rentals. The historic Songo Lock connects the lake chain from Harrison all the way to Portland, and the Songo River Queen paddlewheeler has cruised Long Lake for decades. Portland is about 30 miles south. Naples draws a strong mix of seasonal and year-round buyers, and waterfront inventory moves quickly when it surfaces.
